(Pleasant Grove) Hector understands the values that make our communities strong—faith, family, hard work, and service. Now, he’s stepping forward to serve in a new way: as your new representative in the United States Congress.
With deep roots in Dallas and a lifelong commitment to public service, Hector brings a fresh perspective to Washington. His journey—from the inner city to leadership—has shaped his belief that government should work for the people, not the other way around.
Hector served on many boards in the community and serves faithfully at Oak Cliff Bible fellowship.
As a proud Dallas resident, Hector has worked alongside local organizations to tackle issues impacting our community. He believes that every neighborhood deserves to thrive—and that starts with listening to the people who live there.
